SHIPPING POLICY

At Creative Enterprise, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. We strive to ensure that every order reaches you on time and in perfect condition.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

• A shipping charge of ₹99 applies to all orders below ₹2,000.

• Shipping charges are calculated and applied during checkout.

• Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

• Sundays and public holidays are non-working days.

Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, strikes, or unexpected delays by courier partners.

International Shipping (Currently Not Available)

• Orders shipped outside India will include international shipping charges, as applicable at checkout.

• Any Customs Duty, Import Tax, VAT, or GST levied by the destination country must be borne by the customer.

• These charges are imposed by local authorities and are not under the control of Creative Enterprise or our shipping partners.

• Import duties vary by country and are calculated based on the invoice value.

• Customers may check estimated duties directly with DHL or their local customs office.

Delivery Issues & Support

If there is any issue with the delivery or packaging, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
You can track your shipment using this link once the order has been dispatched.

PIN Code Serviceability

• During checkout, your PIN code is checked for serviceability.

• If your location is not serviceable, you may place the order offline, and we will arrange delivery through alternate methods.

Our Delivery Partners

To ensure safe and timely delivery, Creative Enterprise works with trusted logistics partners:

• Domestic: BlueDart, Indian Post, FranchExpress, Delhivery

• International: DHL

All shipments are insured during transit by our delivery partners.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

• International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees in the destination country.

• These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

• Creative Enterprise cannot predict, control, or reimburse customs charges imposed by local authorities.

• Orders may experience delays at customs if additional documentation or payments are required.

Customers are advised to check with their local customs office prior to placing an international order.
